Hey there!

I’m pleased you’re here to further explore how we can work together. Whether you’re in need of one-to-one support, looking for group support, or employee services, this is where you’ll find the information you need.

Who I work with

I work with adults (18+) and offer individual counselling and coaching sessions. If you require couples or family counselling, I may be able to point in the direction of more appropriate services. I work with people both online or in-person. Other counsellors will offer telephone or home visits so please ask if you require any signposting.

I also work with businesses on a consultancy basis to help you support employees appropriately and compassionately.

What you can expect

We will meet in a welcoming and safe space where you can talk confidentially. We will explore the things that bring you to counselling and may include things like exploring your thoughts, feelings, emotions, patterns of behaviour, situations you are struggling with, relationships or life events.

I have a unique style of working which integrates everything I’ve learnt in my professional career so far (in psychology, counselling, coaching, mindfulness and beyond). I take a compassion-led approach to creating tailored and personalised support for your needs. Take a look below to see what previous clients have said about their experience of working with me.

Through our work, you’ll have access to a range of support, information and resources. Most of our sessions will involve talking therapy and may also include working through other approaches where appropriate, for example; writing, art, worksheets, practical tasks, mindfulness or breathing techniques.

I currently offer services in three key areas which are outlined below.

If you don’t see what you need in these options or you’re unsure what you need, contact me for a chat.

Current services:

I’m here to support you with whatever you’re going through right now. I use an integrative approach combining my counselling and coaching skills, depending on what you need in each session. The sessions may also involve a combination of talking therapy as well as the use of creative tools and techniques – again this depends on what is needed and right for you.

I currently work with adults (18+) in individual therapy and we will agree any session arrangements as we go. We work within an agreement which is discussed in the first session. Sessions are tailored to your meet with your therapy goals, needs and focus.

I work with people on a short-term or long-term basis in 50 minute sessions which take place either online or in-person, depending your current needs. I also have additional options if you’re dealing with financial constraints. If you have an informal enquiry or a question, please contact me.

Mindfulness is scientifically proven to reduce stress. It’s also effective for helping you to cope with emotional and physical pain. This is why I teach mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) courses and having personally experienced the benefits, I believe that learning how to bring mindfulness into your everyday life has a positive impact on your health and well-being.

“Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally”. John Kabat-Zinn, Founder of MBSR.

Complete course fees are £155 for 8 sessions and include all the materials you need, as well as a separate retreat day. Please note that all courses are currently being delivered online.

Please ask for details of course dates and how to enrol.

I also facilitate mindfulness taster sessions for community groups and events, as well as tailored workshops for businesses. Please contact me to discuss these options further.

It’s more important than ever that your employees are treated with compassion and that your organisation understands how best to support people through bereavement, grief and loss.

Taking the time to ensure your policies, procedures and support frameworks meet with the needs of your employees will lead to a positive impact on the health and well-being of your workforce, as well as an enhanced reputation.

I offer bespoke packages dependant on your needs, including things such as:

  • Reviewing bereavement policies, procedures and processes.
  • Delivering bereavement and grief awareness training (or workshops) for employees and management teams.
  • Facilitating one-to-one support for bereaved employees, or for colleagues supporting the bereaved.

Fees are dependent on your needs, so please get in touch to discuss further.

I am a compassionate person by nature and the way I work reflects this. Your sessions will focus on you and will be led by your changing needs. No judgement or expectations.

I treat each client as an individual, which is why we work with tailored support options to meet you where you’re at. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach or standard programmes.

If you’re undecided about working together, or you need to talk things through, I offer initial consultations where I will simply listen. There is no obligation beyond this point.

At various points, we will check-in to see how things are going and review our plan together. I work with people on a short-term or longer-term basis, depending on what’s needed.
