Low-cost counselling options include NHS talking therapy (via a GP referral) or local charities. Most private practices also offer low-cost options (including myself), so it’s helpful to discuss your needs and explore options.

If you are looking to find out more about counselling in general, research different types of therapy or look for other counsellors in your area, please take a look at the BACP webpage.
