At the start of season 4, I’m talking to registered Nutritional Consultant, Mel Wakeman. She’s also known as the “Freedom Food Fighter”.
For Mel, loss is about 2 things – food and her body. She describes how her relationship with food began when her dad, who she idolised, walked out. What followed, was the feeling that she has lost control and it’s really interesting to hear how this manifested for Mel and her take on food relationships now.
